What is 7MIN?
Every day you get one practical idea from an influential book, in five short parts you can read or listen to in about seven minutes. In the evening you note whether you applied it, and the idea comes back for a quick review after 7 and 30 days.
How do I change my goals or reminder time?
Open Progress → Account → "Edit goals and timing". In the app, the phone reminder moves to the new time automatically.
The daily reminder does not arrive
Make sure notifications are allowed for 7MIN in your phone settings (Settings → Notifications → 7MIN), and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing it. Opening the app once refreshes the reminder.
Audio stops or will not play
Check your connection and that the phone is not on silent mode (iPhone ring/silent switch). In the app, audio keeps playing with the screen locked. If an idea shows "audio in preparation", its narration is not published yet; you can read it meanwhile.
I signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook or X and cannot sign in with a password
Accounts created through quick sign-in have no password. Use the same button you signed up with. If your email is verified with that provider, you can also use another provider with the same email.
I forgot my password
Email us at admin@7min.online from the address on your account and we will help you regain access. You can also continue with Google or Apple if they use the same email.
How do I delete my account?
Open Progress → Account → Delete account. Your account and data are removed permanently and immediately. See the privacy policy for details.
Is 7MIN free?
Yes. All ideas, audio and reviews are currently free, with no ads.
